Brand kit, business details, publishing connections, team and billing.
Most of this is set once. The brand kit is the part worth returning to, because it is the input every article is written against.
Business details#
- Website — the domain everything is measured and published against.
- Country and language — changes phrasing, spelling and which engines are checked.
- Category — how competitors and prompts are chosen.
Brand kit#
The single highest-leverage screen in the product. Vague answers here produce generic articles; specific answers produce articles that could only be about your business.
AudienceRequired- Who you sell to, in their terms. "Operations leads at 50–200 person logistics firms" beats "businesses".
OfferingRequired- What you actually sell, including the parts your homepage undersells.
ToneOptional- How you write. Plain and direct, warm and reassuring, technical and precise.
Claims allowedOptional- Certifications, guarantees and figures you are happy to see published.
Words to avoidOptional- Competitor names, regulated phrasing, internal jargon. Enforced at writing time.
Publishing#
Your connected destinations, the auto-publish switch, and the Manage panel per connection — where you test a connection, update credentials, switch between live and draft, or disconnect.
Connect a destination
Every supported platform and how to set it up.
Publishing behaviour
Multiple sites, republishing, unpublishing.
Billing#
Plan, invoices and payment method. Cancelling stops new work; every article already published stays on your site, because it is a post in your CMS rather than something we host.
